We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, and mobile apps like ApplePay and GooglePay. All transactions are processed in euros (€). If your credit card is in a different currency, the exchange rate will be determined by your card issuer, and they may charge an international fee. Your chosen payment method will be charged at the time you place your order. If you have decided to pre-order stock, your selected payment method will be charged to secure the item(s) and will be dispatched to you as soon as the stock arrives. Please note that the prices on our website do not include international taxes, customs fees, and other duties. Your order may be subject to additional costs based on the legislation of the destination country.

After placing your order, please expect it to be shipped within 1-2 business days. Our international shipping partner is DHL Express. You will receive a notification when the order is ready to be shipped and the tracking number to check the parcel's status.

The delivery charge will be applied at the checkout. The approximate cost varies between $25 and 35 EUR, and standard delivery times are 5-7 business days. We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over 200 EUR.

Delivery to Russia and Belarus is not available

If you decide to return or exchange a product, we offer the following terms and conditions:

Return of goods:

• You have the right to return the product within 14 days of delivery.

• The goods must be in their original packaging (L'eskizzo box or similar carrier box) and the same condition (suitable for further sale) as when they were received.

• Returns of purchased items are possible if they have not been worn, used for photo shoots, manipulated (washing, hemming, cutting) and have all tags and labels attached.

• Items made to individual customer measurements are non-refundable.

• When you have sent an item back via the carrier, please email leskizzo@leskizzo.com and include the order number, full name, telephone number, item name, reason for return and carrier declaration number.

Exchange of goods:

• An exchange can be made for a similar item of a different size, subject to availability, or another item in the range.

• The goods are exchanged within 2 working days from receipt and inspection of the returned goods.

• Costs and compensation:

• The buyer covers all transport costs associated with the exchange or return of goods.

• The original shipping fees and certain duties & taxes are non-refundable.

• When returning the goods, please indicate the full cost to receive compensation from the carrier in case of damage or loss of the parcel.

Refund time:

• Refunds will be issued within 3 business days of the seller receiving the returned item.

Exceptions:

• Jewellery, lingerie and gift vouchers are non-refundable.
