If you decide to return or exchange an item, the following terms and conditions apply:

Returns

• You have the right to return items within 14 days of receipt.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging (an L’ESKIZZO box or a similar shipping box) and in the same condition as they were received (suitable for resale).
• Returns are accepted only if the items have not been worn, used for photo shoots or altered (washed, hemmed, cut) and have all tags and labels attached.
• Items made to individual customer measurements are non-refundable.
• If you are returning an item from abroad, please email leskizzo@leskizzo.com with your order number, full name, phone number, address, the reason for the return and the shipment tracking number.

Exchanges

• Items can be exchanged for the same item in a different size, subject to availability, or for another item from our range.
• Exchanges are processed within 2 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Costs and compensation

• The customer covers all shipping costs related to exchanges and returns.
• Original shipping fees and any duties or taxes are non-refundable.
• When sending an item back, please declare its full value so that you can claim compensation from the carrier in case of damage or loss.

Refund time

• Refunds are issued within 3 business days of the seller receiving the returned item.

Exceptions

• Jewellery, lingerie and gift vouchers are non-refundable.
